How to play

The game is endless until you crash. It is forgiving and the only way to crash is to over-rotate. Score points for collecting embers, gaining flip combo multipliers, or with big air added with clean landings. As you continue to ride, the hills grow taller and sharper giving a bigger opportunity for air. PC Controls – Arrows/WASD lean back to backflip, forward to front flip, up for gas, down for brake. Mobile has specific buttons, counterclockwise for lean back, clockwise for lean forward, up for speed and down for brake. The only way to end a run is by landing on your head and crashing. This is one of the landscape games on the catalog and includes full screen button for mobile. Rotate the device to landscape to play.

Behind the game

The bike would twitch and not flip correctly. I went back and forth between time runs and tricks with levels. Ultimately the game turned into a combination of the two. It is now an endless run made for fun and flips. Embers were added and flip combos register well. Clean landings are encouraged with combo bonuses.

Hints

Hit the ramp at full speed and start rotation right away. Big jumps slow down at the top of the arc and give you a little more time to flip. You can normally get at least 2 flips on a jump. Take a look at the space ahead of you to guess how many flips you can land. The landing is very forgiving. You can adjust your bike's angle in midair to correct your landing. You can land on a wheel and keep going. The only real way to crash is landing directly on your head.
